Invoices to Tideline Holdings (entity address, AP contact: Priya's team), monthly billing on the 1st, net-30 terms with auto-pay enabled on the corporate Amex. The first invoice — covering platform fee + per-brand fees for Cohort 1 brands — fires on July 1, six days before Cohort 1 kickoff. Subsequent brand fees activate as each brand's tenant goes live.
#30Scott adds whale contract to tracker
Scott adds Tideline to the contract tracker — adapted from the 5.5 Distribution Agreement Management pattern, since 5.5 doesn't yet acknowledge whale direct contracts. The tracker captures: contract anniversary (June 5, 2028), special-promise milestones (Admiral View v1.0 Sept 2026, SOC 2 Type I July 2026), MFN clause expiration, and quarterly QBR cadence with Marcus + Priya + Hank.
Currently Scott runs whale contract tracking as a parallel manual spreadsheet because 5.5 SOP is distro-only.
