Provisioning and Cohort Planning

Wednesday June 10. Sean's team provisions the Tideline Tier 2 enterprise parent tenant. Sarah O'Connor and Marcus are added as Tier 2 admins with portfolio dashboard access (the still-v0.4 Admiral View). Each of the 28 brands' Tier 3 tenants are pre-staged but locked — they unlock per the cohort schedule. Cross-tenant isolation enforced. SOC 2 logging enabled at the Tier 2 layer.

Tuesday June 9. Kerry meets Sarah on Zoom to plan the rollout calendar. They agree on a phased approach (CMIT model), not big-bang.

• Cohort 1 (July 6 kickoff): 10 brands. Bayside, Magnolia, Crown Tech (Allison Park asked to go in Cohort 1 after Marcus's nudge), and seven others.
• Cohort 2 (August 3 kickoff): 10 brands.
• Cohort 3 (September 7 kickoff): the final 8 brands.

Each cohort runs the standard 10-business-day Maiden Voyage. The whale specifically is doing three full Maiden Voyage cycles.

Thursday June 18. Sarah and Priya attend a separate enterprise-admin training run by Kerry. Three hours, dedicated session. Kerry walks them through Admiral View — how to read the portfolio dashboard, how to drill into a brand's pipeline, how to roll up the financial impact metrics for board reporting, how to set portfolio-level goals (e.g., "all 28 brands at 30%+ attach by Q2 2027").

This is what Tideline is actually buying. The brand-level Maiden Voyages are valuable, but the Admiral View portfolio access is the platform thesis. Sarah leaves with a draft Q3 board update written in TC's exported metrics.
