Kerry runs the same 60-minute kickoff structure as the distro cohort: introductions, 10-business-day arc, BOATS overview, Maiden Voyage checklist, named active deals, two live deal workshops, Threat Academy intro, office-hours-only-or-Pro-Services close. The structure is identical. The audience is the difference — these aren't independent MSP CEOs; these are 10 brand leaders all owned by the same parent who will compare notes after the call.

Cohort 2 starts Monday August 3. Kerry runs the same kickoff. Cohort 3 starts Monday September 7. Sarah attends the first 30 minutes of each kickoff to welcome the brand leaders on behalf of corporate. Priya joins Cohort 1 only — the first one matters for setting tone with the portfolio-leading brand presidents.
By the end of Cohort 3's Day 14 (Monday September 21), all 28 Tideline brands are live in their tenants. Beakon is coaching every individual seller across every brand. Admiral View shows the portfolio rollup. Sarah has her board-ready dashboard. Marcus has the platform thesis activated.
