Jarrod calls Kevin on Friday afternoon. The call isn't a checklist — Vicky already covered the cancel-anytime arc and the kickoff logistics. Jarrod's job is to make Kevin feel like she just joined a team that has been waiting for her.
Kevin gives him the office address and laughs — she wasn't expecting a welcome call. Jarrod ships a Harbor Point–branded welcome kit overnight: a printed Maiden Voyage roadmap, three TC-branded Field Notes notebooks with Kevin, Theo, and Brent's names embossed on them, a hand-written note from Kerry, and a bag of coffee from a roaster in Asheville that Adam likes. The kit lands at Harbor Point's office Wednesday morning. Kevin photographs it and posts it to LinkedIn before noon: "Day 0 with @ThreatCaptain and we already feel like family. Let's go." Tyler grabs the post within an hour and reshares it on the TC company page.
#19Harbor Point knows TC will be used on a real active deal + an existing customer
Brent doesn't wait for May 18. He logs in over the weekend and starts loading clients. He picks Sundial Pediatrics (the active deal), Magnolia Dental Group (a happy customer he wants to expand), and Coastal Manufacturing (a renewal coming up in 90 days). He runs the lead identification module — eleven candidates surface. He flags Coastal Family Dental at the top.
As Brent moves around, Beakon is already coaching him. Beakon notices Brent loaded Sundial without setting a stage, prompts him to mark it as "Active Opportunity — Proposal Pending," and surfaces the three discovery questions Brent should still ask Sundial's owner.

May 18, 1:00 PM ET. Three other MSPs in this cohort: a Texas MSP (eight people), a Pittsburgh MSP (twenty-two people, the largest), and a Salt Lake City MSP (six people, the smallest). Harbor Point at fourteen people sits in the middle.
#21Automated emails describe what to expect
Between Tuesday's demo and the May 18 kickoff, Kevin, Theo, and Brent each receive four emails: the welcome (Day 0), the Maiden Voyage checklist preview (Day 3), the cohort agenda (Day 10), and a Beakon-orientation video (Day 13). Brent watches all four. Theo watches none. Kevin watches the cohort agenda.
