Harbor Point joins the monthly community workshop on the third Thursday of every month. Sixty minutes, MSPs teaching MSPs. Kevin attends June, July, August. In August, Brent presents Sundial as the live deal walk-through. Forty MSPs are on the call. Three message him asking for the one-pager template.

#33Harbor Point buys 1:1 coaching from Kerry's team

In September, Theo asks Kevin whether they could buy a Pro Services engagement to build a financial-impact module for the manufacturing vertical specifically. Solei and Kerry co-scope a four-week engagement — $8,400, paid up front. Harbor Point now has a manufacturing-specific simulation library no other MSP in the cohort has.
